My room was very clean upon arrival. I had easy access to dining, and the casino floor. I also appreciated the quick check in process. I had a very good experience overall.

The noise from Fremont Street sometimes made it difficult to sleep even on an upper floor. The soundproofing could be better. This was a minor inconvenience.

I found that rooms were not automatically cleaned daily. This required an advance request.

The location was acceptable. It's close to fremont street.

The forced valet service was annoying. Self-parking was supposedly full, yet it wasn't. i dislike being told i must use the bellman when i'm carrying my own luggage. the bellman clearly expected a tip, though i had no cash on hand. He stormed out. the room also lacked coffee. I hate having to get dressed just to get coffee in the morning.
